This giant plywood seating plan is certain to wow your guests and make a statement.
Each table plan is fully personalised with your wedding guests' names and your table names or numbers. The example in the photograph has types of wildflower as the table names.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

The 91cm x 183cm plywood board is and is made from 6mm thick plywood so it's reasonably lightweight to transport.

The names are applied in black adhesive vinyl.

For your reference, as the seating plan is very large it will need to be transported to your venue in a van or MPV. It is unlikely to fit in a smaller family car. Don't try moving it on a motorbike. That's just madness.
It can be leant against a wall and props such as crates or milk churns used to secure it. Due to its size I do not recommend it for outdoor use, particularly when windy. Indoors though, it will look spectacular!

HOW TO ORDER:
When you make your order please add a note with your order or email me at Suzanne@suzanneoddydesign.com with a list of table names/numbers and guest names.

When you supply your wording please provide it as a typed email, not a pdf or Word attachment.
I will use exactly the wording you send so please make sure you have throughly checked it.

Three digital proofs are included in the process and these will be supplied via email. You are welcome to suggest amends at each stage.

The maximum time this process takes is up to six weeks from when I receive the design to when I dispatch. This timeline is generally shorter if wording is correct first time and details stay the same.

If you have any questions I will be very happy to help.
